We recently purchased a 2025 CR-V Hybrid at Norm Reeves Honda Vista and had the pleasure of working with Jose Perez. My husband and I have purchased many cars together and we agree that this was our best car buying experience. Jose was very knowledgeable and clearly answered every question we had. There was no unnecessary pressure, and he was a very good listener. We had visited a few other North County Honda dealerships, and they were fine, but we are very happy we found Norm Reeves. This review is solely in reference to their parts dept/online storefront. For months, I had been hunting for a specific part for an older Honda that was on national backorder with no ETA. None of the "major" online Honda parts stores had it in stock. I found the Norm Reeves Vista site a few pages into Google search results. On a whim, I called the number listed, and McKayla (parts advisor) promptly answered. She said they had it in stock, and when I questioned her in disbelief (since it wasn't available anywhere for months), she actually put me on a brief hold, went to the parts rack and laid hands on the product to verify! If that isn't great service for peace of mind, I don't know what is. I ordered the part, and had a few more follow-up e-mails, which were promptly and politely replied to by McKayla. The package was shipped safely, cross-country, in a timely manner. The major online storefronts might have somewhat lower prices, but good luck getting an immediate response when you really need something. They aren't interested in providing great service to an individual--just volume sales. I would definitely do business with this parts department again.

I switched over from Hoehn Honda to Norm reeves and let me tell you they are amazing. I came in last Tuesday for a A17 and a car detail from inside and outside. The detail went well I had some concerns, I spoke with my advisor Ernesto he was amazing to work with. The day I had to come back to show what my concerns were I spoke with Phillip the manager because Ernesto wasnt there. He heard my frustrations and made it better. He went above and beyond even wanted to drive my vehicle home for me. I cant stress enough how well their customer service is. I highly recommend Ernesto and Phillip they were amazing. I would leave a 6th star if I could!! I bought a car on 8-23. The staff there was amazing. Will called me back promptly when i inquired online and Clai helped me the day I came to pick it up. I'm not sure who the gentleman was that checked on me, I can't remember his name, but he had glasses and short dark hair. I believe he was a sales manager. He was helpful as well. The financial department rep was also very gracious. She had tattoos like me and I felt comfortable, with no reservations. It was easy, quick and transparent. The front desk attendant was very nice as well. I am very happy with my purchase and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I drove 2 1/2 hours to buy this vehicle and it was worth driving 200 miles round trip to get it. The car is in great shape and I got an incredible deal with my trade in and the AAA special that was running. I highly recommend the team at Norm Reeves. I don't understand all the 1 star reviews because I can't imagine the staff being anything but helpful and just plain nice. No pretense, no pressure, and most importantly NO BS!! Everything was explained and was even better than I anticipated. It can be intimidating when it comes to buying a car, but this felt right from the beginning and I can't thank the staff there enough. 10/10 would recommend to everyone that needs a car. Thanks!

Helped negotiate a 2025 CRV hybrid sport touring for my cousin today. It was actually not a horrible ordeal like you hear/see/been through. We were asked what would get my cousin to take a vehicle home and they got almost down to the dollar. Adam was our initial sales guy with us on the test drive and had a great time cutting it up with him. We were then introduced to Tommy to wrap up the negotiation. We were still a little off but we met a little closer to my side and the GM signed off on it. Manny finished doing the paperwork for credit check and then we went to the finance dept to finish the paperwork. No pushy upsells or gimmicks. Showed us what made sense and we added it to the contract. Cousin and were overall pleased. Only 1 guy in the negotiations was a little “rude”. Don’t want to call him out by name but made a comment saying we were being “hard” customers cuz we wanted to be at a certain price point. I got a little defensive and said “well for context, you guys asked us what would it take for us to drive away in a new vehicle. I understand it’s a business and if you can’t make it happen, no hard feelings.” Told us there was no meat on bone left so we shook hands and said “ok, well you have our info if you change your minds”. Tommy came and asked if we closed the deal and said no, we were still a bit off. He went and got us the deal!! Overall, it was pretty smooth and would recommend my friends and family to shop there if they were in the market for a vehicle.

Took my car to Reeves Honda and by far received the best service of any dealership. Went in for an oil change, was in and out with no appointment. The Service advisor went over maintenance items and we scheduled an appointment. The prices are very good and know I can trust them with my car. I highly recommend Reeves Honda, ask for Phillip he will make sure you get the best service.

I was driving through the city after a family vacation from Texas to see the west coast and boom and behold, my check engine light came on while driving past Norm Reeves. Sal Lua got me in immediately since he understood my traveling situation and luckily my check engine light was something simple and they got me back on the road. It's been 4 months since we bought the Pilot, and we still remember how good our sales person was with our experience. Through the whole process, Jose was understanding, helpful, and met our requests with a level mindset. He did a good explaining things, giving options, as well as letting us test other vehicles before we returned to our original plan. The thing we appreciated the most was how calm Jose was, and he did not apply any pressure during the process.
