They evaluated my 2003 Honda Accord and came up with 13,000 dollars of completely unnecessary repairs! They lied and recommended repairs to items that were not damaged or in need of repairs. Highway robbery!

Would NEVER do business with Manny Ortiz. Told this guy what I expected to pay and he had me drive over an hour into the store only to tell me their offer was going to be nearly $20K over mine...and this was AFTER expressing that I didn't want to waste his time or mine if my number wasn't going to work. My experience at Norm Reeves was everything people hate about the car buying experience.

Horrible customer service!!!!!! 30 year owners of Honda vehicles. Yesterday we went to the Vista Superstore dealership to purchase a 2022 Honda Ridgeline. We were ready to purchase the truck and were told it was unsellable because of a recall on the rearview camera. We were told that as soon as it became available to sell we would be the first to know. We were text by Jocelyn at 5 PM that it is now ready to be sold if we were still interested, We text back immediately and told her yes. She text this morning at 10:00 am and said what time will we be in I’ll have the truck ready. We told her 12:30 PM. We arrived ready to pay for and take the truck and we were told it had been sold last night. So much for being the first to know!!!!

Sir, you let your sales team disrespect me and my wife when we came here to check the status of our car. After Mark Thomas was rude to me and refused to tell me his name in front of you, you made it seem like I was the problem and when you realized I was there on official business you shut up and served me. However you giggling in the corner with Mr Mark Thomas and telling me to my face in front of my wife that you don't care what he said is extremely messed up. I am a disabled veteran. You don't know what I need my transportation for. You guys are below garbage and not men ! I am a paying customer and I am embarrassed to have Norm Reeves Honda on my license plates because of you. I am never spending another penny here and I didn't even shop around for lower rates before getting my windshield replaced because I was comfortable at your dealership and now I'm very uncomfortable at Norm Reeves Honda. Thank you for ruining my experience and stressing me out and making my life even harder than it already is. You sir give a bad name to Norm Reeves Honda.

We were referred to this dealership by a friend. It was quite a distance from our home but they were advertising a used vehicle I was very interested in. Our friend had referred us to Gerrie Wilkes the general manager. She would not be there on the day we were planning on going there but she made special arrangements for us to be helped by manager Mark Morrow. Gerrie had quoted us a very reasonable price on the vehicle. She made it well worth the drive. Manny Ortiz took all the information regarding the vehicle and then we were sent to Justin Kasper the finance manager to print up the contract. Everyone was so friendly and personable and very informative on the whole process. My car was equipped with a GPS which I had no idea how to use.
