My service writer was Brandy. She was great! I think she is an important asset to this dealership. I was there for a recall on my CRV. (tire kit) I would have given a 5 but for some reason someone decided to use the windshield wipers and left the windshield unclean. When I got home I cleaned the windshield.

We ended up having a very complicated engine issue rmthat our local mechanic could not figure out. When I called Honda they looked up my VIN, discovered we were under warranty, and set us up with a rental for a week, and communicated well throughout.

I came into service for getting my A/C repaired by my rep Hannah. They diagnosed that my evaporator has failed and provided me with a rental until the repair was complete. She was very helpful and for my repair got it covered through my extended warranty. A/C is working great now!
My husband and I went to look at a Honda Hybrid Accord. Fabrice helped us. He explained the features of the car and we took a test drive. Ernesto Arellano was beyond helpful and very kind. Also, he was very informative, which i truly appreciated. Ernesto offered me a complementary ride back to work as I was getting service done there. I bought a used car in Dec 2025 and traded in my vehicle. 3 months later I received a Toll Notice in the mail for my trade-in. I was told by the dealership that this can happen until the old car is sold and re-register. I went ahead and contacted the DMV directly to change the Title Transfer to the dealership. I think this is something the dealership should advise you to do at the point of sale. Very Disappointed

Brought my daughter’s 2024 Honda Civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Only issue is that they don’t provide a complimentary wash on your vehicle when completed.
